SD Card Organization System
2025 is just around the corner – there’s never been a better time to level up your organization!
If you’re like me, I’m sure you’re familiar with these SD card holders. While I love using them to hold my empty SD cards at weddings, it’s not the best spot to keep your SD cards that are currently holding raw files.
This is due to it being difficult to sort through them to find a specific gallery.
This past year my friend, @breealimaryphotography, and I talked about needing to up our SD card organization and we found that perfect way that makes it so much easier and safer!
All you need are a few simple items, and you will have a system that you will actually love to use!
First, you need a binder. Any 3 ring binder will work!
Once you have your binder, get some Sleeve Inserts For Three Ring Binders. Although marketed as coin collector sleeves, each slot is the perfect size for two SD cards! Each full sleeve will hold twelve SD cards.
Next, attach these label holders to each slot on the sleeves so you can easily mark your SD cards by wedding/ session.
The last thing you need are blank labels! These labels are 1”x 2”, which will easily fit in the label holders, but have limited writing space.
These labels are 1”x 3”, but may need to be folded ever so slightly, as the label holder’s dimensions are exactly 1”x 3” as well.
Give this system a try if you’re looking to make 2025 your most productive year yet!!
