Photographing this family session was so special! I had the privilege of photographing their maternity session when they were pregnant with their first son and now got to photograph them as a family of four!
One of my favorite parts of photographing families at the beach is watching how naturally kids come alive when they’re given space to play and explore with their family. This Newport Beach family session was filled with movement, laughter, and genuine connection as the family spent time walking along the shoreline, playing in the sand, and simply being together. As a Newport Beach family photographer, I approach each session with a relaxed, documentary style that allows families to focus on enjoying the moment while I capture the in-between interactions that tell their story.
